Forthcoming course in Assessing Neuromotor Readiness for Learning


This one day course designed for teachers and educators will introduce teachers to the role of primitive reflexes and postural reactions as signposts of maturity in physical skills.

Attendees will learn about the role of primitive and postural reactions in normal development, implications of neuro-motor immaturity (NMI) on educational performance and behaviour and how to implement a daily developmental movement programme in school as a class based activity.

Forthcoming courses in screening for Neuromotor Immaturity in Children and Adults


This one day course has been designed as an introduction for clinicians and health practitioners to the role of primitive reflexes and postural reactions in supporting neuromotor skills, visual and emotional functioning.

You will learn how to undertake screening tests for the assessment of primitive reflexes and soft signs of neurological dysfunction in school aged children and adults, implications for behaviour and performance and how to interpret the results.
